3. Content & intellectual property

5. Client projects & ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property in deliverables created specifically for a client transfers to that client upon full payment. BetaMVPS retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, which are licensed to the client as needed to use the deliverables.
6. Confidentiality
Information you share with us when enquiring about a project is treated as confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions.
7. Third-party services
Our solutions may use third-party AI models, cloud platforms and APIs. Their use is subject to the respective providers' terms. We select and configure providers with your data-protection requirements in mind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetaMVPS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
